Full payment of the total room cost including taxes and service charge is required to secure your reservation.

Golf View Hotel accepts cash, debit card and bank transfers in some currencies (Jamaican Dollars, US Dollars, British Pounds and Canadian Dollars), and credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express).
You may pay your hotel room balance via any of the acceptable means stated above. Please contact us at golfviewhotelmandeville@gmail.com if you would like us to send you bank account details and wire transfer instructions.
Payments other than cash payments must be received no less than five (5) days prior to your arrival date. Please ensure you confirm your payment with us via email. Payments by cash may be made on arrival.

Unfortunately pets are not permitted at Golf View Hotel.
You are required to present a credit card on check-in to be held on your account in the event of any additional charges incurred during your stay with us or any damage to hotel property.
Our Cancellation Policy
Payment to secure your reservation means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations in writing received up to 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund of all charges paid.
Cancellations in writing received within 24-48 hours before check-in will receive a 50% refund of all charges paid for the first 2 nights reserved.
Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will forfeit all charges paid for the first 2 nights reserved.
All cancellations must be in writing.
No shows will also forfeit all charges paid.
Any changes to your reservation should be received no less than 24 hours prior to your original arrival date via email, and changes are subject to availability. If there is no availability, a credit will be issued.
Any changes to your reservation that reduces the number of nights stayed received less than 24 hours prior to arrival or received after check-in will attract a minimum charge of two nights’ accommodation. No credits shall be issued for these reservation changes.
There are no credits issued for early checkouts.
All credits issued are valid for one year from the original cancellation date. A credit can only be used for hotel room reservations and not hotel services. A credit can be transferred to another person provided we have written authorization from you.
